Yes. Since Partial.ly needs to save a payment method to process future payments for your payment plan, you will need to create an account to secure this information.

You will be prompted to create a Partial.ly account when you select your payment plan during deposit checkout. If you wish to create your customer account prior, you can do so at partial.ly/register

No, logging-in with the same account to a new device will automatically log you out of the other device. Only one device can be logged into an account at a singular time.

No, the app requires a network connection to load content.

You can log out of your account and go through the “forget my password” step at the login screen.

• The rest of the Arcade1Up products are not available on the app at the moment. 

• The machine QR code can be found at any time in your ONLINE cabinet by clicking on: LIVE button > Account set up >  App user > select your QR Code to connect your app to your machine. 
• The QR code will also be prompted on screen whenever the cabinet updates or if you factory reset. 

It means that the information available on your arcade machine will be tied to your app account (such as your leaderboard placement) -it will link your arcade machine to your A1UP app account and allow you to access your information on the go and share on social media!

If your arcade machine does not have LIVE capabilities, it is unfortunately not possible to retrieve cabinet information into the app.

• Some machines (Golden Tee, Terminator 2, Atari Legacy) have a cursor that appears in the middle of the screen by default. If this cursor is in front of the QR code, you will get an error.  Just move it away from the QR code to scan properly. 
• If you get a pop-up that this machine is already registered, this may be because you bought your cabinet used and the previous user may not have deleted the cabinet from their app, make sure to contact the previous user and ask them to delete this cabinet from their app so you can take it over.  
• If you are still having trouble connecting your live machine to your app, please contact Customer Support with (1) the name of your cabinet, (2) the error message you are seeing, and (3) the serial number displayed on the screen. 

On certain machines (Golden Tee, Terminator 2, Atari Legacy), a cursor appears at the center of the screen by default. If this cursor is in front of the QR code, move it away from the QR code to scan properly.

Please contact customer support with your exact machine reference and games list so that we can make sure to fix the information.

We are currently planning to integrate our product registration database from our website with the application.  In the meantime, please feel free to register your machine in the app as well.  The process on the app is seamless as you can use your phone’s camera to scanthe machine’s serial number.

You always have a 90-day warranty upon purchase, registering the machine via the app allows you to get an additional 90 days (meaning 180 days of coverage upon purchase date). If you add a machine to the app but purchased it a year prior, the extended warranty is irrelevant.

We can only connect LIVE machine games to the app. If you have a machine that is not Wi-Fi enabled, you will not be able to see your machine's local leaderboard via the app.

If you have a local machine, we associated the existing online leaderboards to each game, so you can still see in-app the score of players using online machines. If your machine is online, there might be a server issue happening. Contact customer support for assistance.

• Please make sure to report that user in the player’s profile or chat and specify the reason in the dropdown. Our team will receive the report and take any necessary actions. 
• You can also block that user to stop any interaction. 
• Note that we have a 0-tolerance policy towards inappropriate behavior specified in our community guidelines. All users abide by those community guidelines when creating an account and accepting our End-User License Agreement. 

You can make your profile private by going in More > Account > Privacy Settings and switching public visibility as desired.

The account system on the Arcade1Up website is connected to the Shopify database and is separate from the profile you need to create within the app itself. You'll need to create a new profile within the app in order to use it.

This means that another user has reported your behaviour and our Customer Support team has takenthe necessary action regarding the report. The length of the ban depends on the severity of the offense.

We have multiple suppliers for our screens. All of which have great viewing angles while playing as intended, head on. The ones we’ve seen are high quality and produce some of our best visuals yet.

This machine has online gameplay and leaderboards for all three games!

NFL Blitz Legends gets straight to the fun with easy-to-understand gameplay that highlights the best parts of the game including Hail Mary’s, interceptions, game-changing tackles, and touchdowns. To support the NFL’s current Player Health & Safety initiatives, a specific set of tackles and after-the-whistle hits were removed or edited in the remastered versions of NFL Blitz, NFL Blitz ‘99 and NFL Blitz 2000: Gold Edition while maintaining the level of excitement in the original games. And, for the first time in the Blitz franchise, players can play on a home arcade machine and compete online with Wi-Fi multiplayer and leaderboards.
