Order Cancelation / Pre-order Cancellation

Please understand that our logistics teams are working to quickly process and ship all orders as soon as possible. If you wish to cancel a pending order prior to shipment we will do our best to accommodate, however stopping an order that has already been picked for shipping is not possible.  Some orders may still be processed after a cancelation request has been sent due to timing.  

If your order is a pre-order, it may ship earlier than the expected ship date. Once a pre-order item has been picked for shipping, we can no longer cancel your pending order.  At this point the order is subject to the standard Arcade1Up Return Policy listed below. Arcade1Up Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Arcade1Up.com, you may return any unused, undamaged item(s) that are in the same condition in which they were received back to Arcade1Up within 30 days of the receipt (as indicated on tracking information) for a full refund, minus any customer paid shipping charges at the time of checkout. Please note: No refund will be issued if we find evidence that your product has been altered or modified in any way.  Customer incurred shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Damaged and Defective Returns

If you purchase an item from Arcade1Up.com that is damaged or defective, please refer to our warranty policy here, and reach out to our customer service team. Our goal is to get you back up and gaming!

Return Instructions

You must contact us using the link below and receive a return confirmation from us prior to sending your package. Returns must be sent in the original manufacturer’s packaging. Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.  To begin a return request, please contact us here.  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  Refunds are applied to the original payment method.  Please allow up to two weeks to receive your refund from the time we receive and inspect your package.   

Late or Missing Refund 

If you have not received a refund after returning your item, please check your bank account. If credit has still not been applied, contact your credit card company.  It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Please note that there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done these steps and you still have not received your refund, please contact us here.
