Warranty Information

The Arcade1Up warranty covers defects from the manufacturer, defects that occurred during transit, and issues that you might experience during normal game play. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage caused by the end user, issues that arise from modifying your unit, or damage from anything other than normal game play.

We stand by our product and your customer satisfaction is our goal. We have a team of trained staff that can assist with troubleshooting, replacement parts or missing parts. Our goal is to get you back up and gaming. If we are unable to resolve the issue by first troubleshooting and/or with replacement parts covered in this 90 day warranty, we will then work to find a comparable unit for you to enjoy.

Please understand that Arcade1UP does not have an extended warranty. Our warranty covers the unit for 90 days from the purchase date. For extended warranties – you must reach out to the retailer that the extended warranty was purchased from.
