The Infinity Game Table User Survey Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) runs for three weeks, from [01/31/2025] to [02/21/2025]. The sponsor of the Giveaway is Tastemakers, LLC (the “Sponsor” or “Infinity Game Table”). By entering the Giveaway, you (“Entrant” or “you”) accept and agree to follow these Official Rules.
Who May Enter
The Giveaway is open to participants worldwide who are age 18 years or older at the time of entry. By submitting an entry, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and any other requirements designated by Sponsor. The Giveaway is governed by applicable laws and is subject to all relevant international, federal, state, and local regulations.
How to Enter
- Complete the Infinity Game Table User Survey between [31/01/2025] and [21/02/2025].
- Submit the survey, ensuring that you provide a valid email address. This email address will be used to send prize notifications if you are selected as a winner.
Sponsor will not be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, illegible, or misdirected entries due to any reason. Limit one entry per person.
To enter without completing the survey, mail a 3" x 5" index card with your full name, address, phone number, and email to [51 NE 24th Street, Suite 202, Miami, FL 33137, United States]. Entries must be postmarked by [21/02/2025] and received by [26/02/2025].
Prize Information and Delivery
- Four (4) winners will each receive $50 in-store credit towards Infinity Game Table games.
- Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all prizes: $200 (USD).
- Winners will be randomly selected by a computer process from eligible entries received.
- For winners outside the United States, the $50 in-store credit will be converted to the equivalent amount in the local currency based on the exchange rate at the time the credit is applied to their account.
- Winners will be notified via email, and the voucher code for the in-store credit will be sent within one week after the survey period ends.
- It is the Entrant’s responsibility to ensure that the email address provided is valid and accurate.
- To receive a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Sponsor’s address within 30 days of the sweepstakes’ end date.
Liability Release
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and prize suppliers from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of prizes.
Publicity Release
By entering, Entrants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, image, and state of residence for promotional purposes in all media without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Miscellaneous Conditions
Sponsor assumes no responsibility for technical errors, interruptions, or unauthorized access affecting participation. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway for any reason.
Privacy
Sponsor will collect and use personal information per its privacy policy. Review the privacy policy at https://arcade1up.com/pages/privacy-policy. By entering, you acknowledge and agree to Sponsor’s collection and use of your data as outlined.
Governing Law
These Official Rules and the Giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, except where prohibited by the laws of an Entrant’s state of residence.
Right to Cancel Giveaway
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway for any reason.
