Infinity Game Board

Question: I just got a new infinity table.And i'm trying to put what I had for games from my old one on to my new one. It's showing what I had for games but they're not downloading. It's showing a Cloud with a download symbol but when I click on it it does nothing what Do I need to do to get my games on to My new table, I no longer own the old one..

Question: Is there a true carrying case for it?

Question: I need a new cord to plug into table? Any part numbers?

Question: I keep seeing people say no battery included and I have checked target Best Buy Amazon and Walmart for battery packs but they say they may not be back in stock so is there any other battery packs that work with it?

Question: My question is, can you play against yourself. Meaning if I play a game that requires two or more people for the game will the computer Be my opponent?

Question: Do you have any plans to support this product with the software know as tabletop simulator? Or possibly other game developers that would mesh with your product? Ex. Moonbreaker. Cause I think your leaving money on the table so to speak

Question: When I try to connect to my wifi it says password is not correct (but it is correct) the only thing I can connect it to is the Hotspot on my phone. How do I get the table to connect to my wifi. I've already factory reset it.
